Hi, I’m Rachael, founder and lead planner at Riley Vail Events Co.
My love for celebrations started at home, planning birthday parties for my two sweet girls that felt as magical as they are. What began as a creative outlet quickly grew into something more. Friends began asking for help with their own events, and before long I found myself completely immersed in the world of planning and design.
In 2022 I stepped into the wedding and event industry professionally, and from the very first event, I knew I found my calling. There is something special about taking a vision, sometimes just a feeling, and turning it into an experience that feels both effortless and unforgettable.
I am also happily married to my high school sweetheart, and a mom to two girls who inspire me every day to create with heart. Family is at the center of everything I do, and that same level of care and intention are at the heart of every client experience.
I founded Riley Vail Events Co. with the heart of a mother, the eye of a designer, and the mind of a planner. Every detail matters, not because it is trendy or picture-perfect, but because it tells a story- yours.
